Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of Lutri, the Spellchaser depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Multiverse Legends)
Its not amazing by any means, but its a fine addition

Its a nice elf to fit into a +1/+1 counters and proliferate strategy, but unfortunately, the nontoken clause prevents it from being busted in planeswalker or artifact strategies
